John Sims Race 2024

The John Sims Race is a very special paddling event on the Ascot Kayak Club calendar. The race is named after AKC Life Member John Sims, in recognition of his incredible efforts in support of the Club.
The full 11.5km race caters for all skill levels, starting at the Jetty at Ascot Kayak Club, past Barker’s Bridge in Guildford, before returning to the Club. An 8km and 3.5km course exist for those who don’t want to do the full course. Click here for full course and registration details.
